Islamabad: Renowned singer Shahzad Rai has said that if my body is not my will then Tox's will.
Talking to media outside the Islamabad High Court, Shahzad Rai spoke about violence against children and said that the bill regarding the end of violence against children will now go to the National Assembly, the law will come soon. ۔ This is not just limited to women and men, no one can see and touch the baby wrongly, it is taught as a lifestyle all over the world.
Shahzad Rai said that corporal punishment is our mentality, beatings of children are against Islamic teachings, we have signed a global agreement, corporal punishment of children rests with section 89 to be punished with good intentions.
Shahzad Rai further said that Section 89 states that the Guardian (Guardian) of children can allow violence with good intentions. How can parents or guardians of children have the right to allow violence? During the conversation, Shahzad Rai lauded the media and said that he was grateful to the media for supporting the issue.

اسلام آباد: معروف گلوکار شہزاد رائے نے کہا ہے کہ اگرمیرا جسم میری مرضی نہیں ہوگی توکس کی مرضی ہوگی۔

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ  کے باہر میڈیا سے گفتگو میں شہزاد رائے نے بچوں پر تشدد کے حوالے سے بات کرتے ہوئےکہا کہ بچوں پرتشدد کےخاتمے سے متعلق بل اب قومی اسمبلی میں چلا جائے گا، قانون جلد آئےگا، اگرمیرا جسم میری مرضی نہیں ہوگی توکس کی مرضی ہوگی۔ یہ بات صرف خواتین اور مردوں تک محدود نہیں، بچے کو کوئی غلط طریقے سے دیکھ اور چھو نہیں سکتا، یہ بطور طرز زندگی تمام دنیا میں پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔

شہزاد رائے نے کہا جسمانی سزا ہماری ذہنیت ہے، بچوں پر مار پیٹ اسلامی تعلیمات کےخلاف ہے، ہم نے عالمی معاہدے پر دستخط کئے ہیں، بچوں کو جسمانی سزا دینے والے سیکشن 89 کا سہارا لیتے ہیں کہ اچھی نیت سے مارا۔

شہزاد رائے نے مزید کہا کہ سیکشن 89 کہتی ہے بچوں کا گارجین(سرپرست) اچھی نیت کے ساتھ تشدد کی اجازت دے سکتا ہے، والدین یا بچوں کے گارجین کو بھی کیسے حق ہے کہ وہ تشدد کی اجازت دیں۔ گفتگو کے دوران شہزاد رائے نے میڈیا کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ میڈیا کا اس معاملے پر ساتھ دینے پر شکر گزار ہیں۔
